BOB HAMER :: Bob Hamer, a 1995 graduate of Penn State University, is in his fourth year as the assistant men's cross country and track coach. Before joining SJU, Hamer was the head track coach and assistant cross country coach at Devon Prep for three years.

Bob Hamer, a 1995 graduate of Penn State University, is in his fourth year as the assistant men's cross country and track coach. Before joining SJU, Hamer was the head track coach and assistant cross country coach at Devon Prep for three years. An outstanding performer for Penn State, Hamer was an All-American in the 1500 and the distance medley. He is a member of the distance medley relay team that holds the school record at PSU. Hamer holds a Master's degree in sports administration from West Chester University and currently works at Dynamic Bookstore in West Chester. The 30 year-old bachelor resides in Wayne, Pa.
