Returning for his second season on the Saint Joseph's staff is BJ Callaghan. A 2003 graduate of Ursinus College, Callahan oversees the Saint Joseph's goalkeepers.

A four-year starter and team-captain for the Black Bears as a senior, he spent the 2003 season as an assistant coach with the men's soccer team at his alma mater.

Actively involved in coaching at the youth level, Callaghan holds both a USSF "B" license and is a a Region I Staff member. He has served as the goalkeeper coach for the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Assoc-iation Olympic Development Program since 2002. He has also worked as an assistant coach at Souderton High School and is the head coach of the U-14 FC Delco team. Callaghan has had extensive experience as a staff coach at various camps.
