K0HIA (10/20/03) -- Saint Joseph's freshman forward Megan Schutt picked up her third Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week on Monday, announced by the conference office. The Sudbury, Ontario native scored a goal and added an assist in Sunday's 3-2 win over St. Bonaventure. Schutt scored the first SJU goal of the game and assisted on classmate Kaiti McCaffery's game-winner with 50 seconds left. It was the fourth time this season that she has recorded at least three points in a game. With 23 points, Schutt is now second on the SJU single-season scoring list behind Ellen Stenrud, who tallied 30 points in 1997. SJU is currently 6-6-1 and 4-3-0 in the Atlantic 10.
